Strategies for Regional CSA Expansion
Over the past several years, regional collaboration in New England has fueled an expansion in Children’s Savings Account (CSA) programs and policies across the region. Highlighting the Institute for Assets and Social Policy’s recent report, Cultivating CSAs: The Growth and Spread of Children’s Savings Accounts in New England, this webinar will explore the factors and strategies that catalyzed this regional CSA expansion, particularly the role of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a backbone facilitator. Speakers will also discuss how other regions of the United States can apply elements of New England’s model to spark CSA growth in their area.
