Marisa Calderon is the President & CEO of Prosperity Now, a national organization dedicated to building pathways to economic prosperity. With over 20 years of experience across the private and nonprofit sectors, calderon has focused on advancing economic mobility for communities across the United States. Prior to joining Prosperity Now, Calderon served as the Chief of Community Finance and Mobility the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC), as well as the Executive Director of NCRC Community Development Fund, Inc., a U.S. Treasury-certified community development financial institution. In these roles, she led efforts to expand access to affordable homeownership and increase capital access for small businesses.

Chrissi Johnson is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Prosperity Now, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen economic opportunity and financial stability. She brings nearly two decades of experience across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, with expertise in public affairs, policy development, and strategic engagement.
