Christa Murillo is the Chief of Staff at Prosperity Now, where she partners with the President & CEO to advance organizational strategy, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive operational excellence in support of the organization’s mission.
Christa brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, executive operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project management. Prior to joining Prosperity Now, she held roles at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), where she supported initiatives focused on housing, homeownership, community development, and wealth-building.
Throughout her career, Christa has been committed to building strong organizations, fostering effective partnerships, and advancing solutions that help individuals, families, and communities achieve greater financial stability and prosperity.
