Prosperity Now defines “personal information” as information collected through online and offline channels that specifically identifies an individual (such as a user’s name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card or other account number). Information that is intended to be made public, including postings in forums or any other interactive areas of the Website or other information, is not considered personal information under this Policy.
Personal information may be collected in a number of ways when you visit our Website. On occasion, Prosperity Now may supply personal information to third parties to perform services on our behalf, such as data processing, marketing support, analytics, etc. Your personal information is provided to these third parties only as needed to perform these services on behalf of Prosperity Now. These partners may also combine your email information with other information they have access to such as mailing address so that we may better serve you as a constituent. These third parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of all personal information supplied.
We sometimes partner with other, similar organizations to enable fundraising for Prosperity Now. We will honor opt-out requests from donors to be removed from exchanges with other similar organizations.
