More Than Just Taxes: Evaluating the Role and Impact of the VITA Program in Helping Low-Income Taxpayers Access Financial Capability Services at Tax Time

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is a free tax preparation service available to households earning below $54,000 a year. In this report, supported by the W.K.
