Working Credit offers a turnkey, 18-month financial wellness employee benefit with a credit building focus. Employees learn about the credit scoring system, get one-on-one credit building assistance, and can open a credit builder loan with a savings component. Our model conveys that anyone can build credit, and then use it to i) lower their expenses and therefore keep more of what they earn, ii) weather financial emergencies, and iii) position themselves to be a saver. Our solution uses credit as a lever to engage employees in practices and products they can use right away to improve their financial circumstances. Our program is entirely outcome driven. At 18 months, we see a 52% increase in the number of participants with prime scores, a 34% increase in the number with $1,000 of available credit on their credit cards, and a 28% increase in the number enrolled in an automated savings vehicle.
